If you are a qualified elector and resident of the City of Vaughan, you may be eligible to apply for Vaughan’s Contribution Rebate Program.
Please note that completing this form does not automatically apply for the rebate. Eligible contributors must complete the official City of Vaughan Contribution Rebate Application using the contribution receipt issued by the campaign.
